Product Authentication

How to confirm that your GAMSUNGTEX / Let's Slim product is genuine.

First, check the official domains

Make sure you are on one of our official addresses below. Beware of counterfeit sites.

Because the previous silver hologram method was being spoofed by fake sites, we changed the authentication methods in September 2016 to the three below.

Three ways to verify authenticity

NEW SWEBS QR

1.Check the Fresnel mirror lens that looks like a block lens.
2.Verify the authentication details on the dedicated SWEBS web/app.
3.Install the app — search 'SWEBS' in your app store, or simply scan the hologram's SWEBS QR with any QR app to be taken to the install page automatically.

Hidden Tag

1.Install the [Hidden Tag C.O.P] app from the App Store or Play Store.
2.Scan the image area of the Hidden Tag sticker with the app to confirm authenticity.

Hologram

1.Visually confirm the product carries the hologram sticker.
2.Scratch off the covered area of the hologram sticker to reveal the authentication number. A sticker that is already scratched off is void.
3.Open the QR code or the website and enter the number in the authentication field.
4.Authentication complete.

Report a counterfeit

Counterfeit stickers will not scan, or will lead to a counterfeit-notice page.

If you suspect a counterfeit, please report it to the place of purchase or to our head office.
